Shipping & Returns


  • At this moment we are offering shipping to Canada  only. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may present.

  • We try to ship orders within 1-3 business days (business days are Monday - Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed on Friday after 3PM will be processed the following business day.

  • When the order is processed and ready to be shipped a confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent out.

  • Shipping costs are assumed by the customer, including any additional charges for size adjustments, extended area fees, fuel surcharge or multiple parcel charges.

  • Delays due to severe weather conditions, holidays, or postal strikes are out of our control, and therefore, we are not responsible for them. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.

  • If there is any damage with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days. Please include your order information and a description of the problem accompanied by pictures, if applicable and possible. This information will help us serve you better and improve our order processing.

  • Due to Covid-19 post offices are busier than usual, this may cause some delay in order deliveries.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available at this moment unless due to damage or order error.

  • Please contact us at within 7 days of receipt of the parcel if there is any damage or error with your order. Please include a description and pictures of the damage or mistake.  We are more than happy to help you.

  • If your order is damaged, your item will be replaced and you will not be charged for shipping.

  • If we ship out the wrong order or your item is defective, you will be provided with a return label and we will cover shipping charges. In case of mistake or defective product ( we consider the following as defects: noticeably unlevel wax, and wicks that are noticeably off-centre), we require it to be returned unused, in its original state. Replacement will be shipped after receipt of said defective item.

Custom & Large Orders

  • We are happy to help you with your custom and/or large order (as we are small business, a large order would be of 15+ candles). Please contact us at or through one of our site forms. We will reply to you as promptly as possible so we can discuss all the details.

  • Note: for orders of this kind you should contact us with plenty of advance time so we can serve you in the best way possible, as we may have to order supplies specific to your order and do testing for performance and safety.

  • Also, keep in mind we cure our candles for 2 weeks prior to sale for optimal scent throw.
